Laserfiche Workflow contains over 30 activities, including Route Entry to User, Assign Tags, Assign Template, and E-mail. Workflow also enables users to extend its functionality, allowing them to build workflows that interact with third-party software or databases or perform custom actions. Users can insert custom built VB.NET and C# scripts into one of Laserfiche Workflow’s scripting activities, or they can design their own activities.

Paper Free Technology understands that not all organizations desire to maintain their own hardware and software. In line with the ‘software as a service’ model, PFT offers Laserfiche hosting. Clients use a web browser to access their repository. They receive all the standard Laserfiche functionality through the Laserfiche Web Access client.
